Training
UAC In partnership with its training partner NSDC, Sector Skill Councils, Learning Wings, YCC and vocational training institute provide training to needful youth of India so that they become employable according to international standards. UAC trough its recruitment partners like Airwings help these trained youth secure a job in GCC nations.

Assessment
UAC in partnership with NSDC, Industry partners and Sector Skill council provide assessment of existing workers in the industry and conceptualise training programs for these worker's to enhance their existing skill set so that they can improve their overall efficiency by adapting to changing industry demands and technology.

MEET UAC

OUR STORY
UAC has been established with a principle to provide innovative solutions to Employers across the region to maintain a cadre of highly skilled employees meeting the current market trends. Our aim is to offer skill assessment and certification solutions to the Industry to enhance the productivity of the existing workforce and facilitate hiring of skill certified workforce from various countries of origin.
Government of India and Government of UAE are working together to promote skill development to the Indian youth, especially with respect to skilling and up-skilling of workers with the requirements of UAE’s job market. Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Govt. of India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with National Qualifications Authority (NQA), Govt. of UAE to enhance the cooperation for skill development and mutual recognition of qualifications to facilitate mobility of skilled workers from India to UAE

OUR Origin
Youth Chamber of Commerce and YCC International UAE associated with the PAL group a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Group UAE have formed an organization in UAE for the certification and assessment called UNION ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION (UAC) for all the work force coming from India.

National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is a not-for-profit public limited company incorporated on July 31, 2008 under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (corresponding to section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013). NSDC was set up by Ministry of Finance as Public Private Partnership (PPP) model. The Government of India through Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) holds 49% of the share capital of NSDC, while the private sector has the balance 51% of the share capital.
National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), endeavors to create a sustainable and enabling skill ecosystem. In order to foster skill development across the country, NSDC provides funding support to enterprises, companies and organizations to build capacity by extending resources, technical assistance, thought leadership and knowledge management. Playing the role of a market-maker, NSDC is responsible for enhancing and strengthening the skill development initiatives and ensuring long-term stability and spurring growth.
UAC has collaborated with NSDC for necessary technical support and expertise to execute the goals including setting up of an efficient platform for skill assessments. UAC and NSDC have partnered to enhance productivity of workforce in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries for existing workers in the countries and new workers (from around the world including India) by developing a program for skill up gradation, assessment and certification.

Emirates Driving Institute (EDI), the largest and the most successful driving institute in the UAE and the Middle East, has collaborated with the UAC and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and to establish driver training institutes in various parts of India. NSDC under the aegis of Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship is one of its kind public-private-partnership which aims to catalyze creation of quality vocational training in India across different sector.
EDI has got into this partnership with YCC and NSDC to provide a platform to facilitate the candidates to acquire driving licenses, in line with the requirements of UAEs Roads & Transport Authority and regulatory agencies of other part of Middle East.
The initiative will help fast-track the employment prospects of thousands of Indians who wish to work in the UAE and other parts of the Middle East, but miss out on opportunities because they don’t have a valid driving license when they enter the country.

The Pilot Event was done at SAWAEED CENTER Abudhabi for developing a framework to set up Training of Assessors, Upskilling, Assessment and Certification program and Training of Assessors (ToA) by respective Sector Skill Council (SSC).
